Got bulk items of e-waste to dispose of? We can arrange a collection from your premises

If your business is upgrading equipment, clearing out a storeroom, or managing a fleet refresh, TechCollect NZ can organise a bulk collection directly from your location. Our network of certified recyclers operates nationwide, so we can match you with the right provider for your region and volume.

How it works

  1. Submit your enquiry. Tell us roughly what you have, how many items, and your location. The more detail you can give us, the faster we can turn around a quote.
  2. We get a quote from our recycler network. We’ll contact our certified recycling partners and confirm who can service your collection. This typically takes 2 to 3 business days.
  3. We confirm the details with you. We’ll come back to you with logistics details and let you know if any collection charge applies. Many collections are free, but charges may apply depending on volume, location, and equipment type.
  4. Collection is arranged. Once you confirm, we coordinate directly with the recycler to organise pickup at a time that suits you.

What we accept

We collect end-of-life ICT and small electronic equipment, including:

  • Laptops, desktops, and servers
  • Monitors and screens
  • Printers, scanners, and multifunction devices
  • Phones and tablets
  • Keyboards, mice, cables, and accessories
  • Small office electronics

We do not collect televisions, whiteware, loose batteries, or large household appliances.

What happens to your equipment

All equipment collected through TechCollect NZ is first assessed for reuse. Items in suitable condition are directed to reuse pathways, extending their life and keeping them out of the waste stream entirely.

Items that cannot be reused are certified recycled by our partner network. Depending on your region and recycler, this is carried out under AS/NZS 5377 or R2v3 certification. We do not sent any items to landfill.

Please note: TechCollect NZ guarantees physical destruction of devices that are recycled. Data removal is the responsibility of your organisation prior to collection. Find out how to delete your data before collection.
